Hi my name is Brian from Giorgio's in Baiting Hollow. We're a very busy catering hall that needed our services to be farmed out to a carpet expert so we called Class Carpet and from the minute we talked to them on the telephone; they were very professional, very reasonable, very responsible & we were very happy with the service overall. Come inside & take a look at the product & the quality of their work. Come on inside, & we'll show you the work that they did that we're very happy with. Being a very busy catering facility, we didn't have a lot of time to get the job done & they were very flexible with their timing. They were able to get the job done in half the amount of time that anybody else said that it would take & they did such a professional job. We had no complaints at all; they were done way ahead of schedule which worked out very well for us. This is the main dining room which gets a lot of wear & tear, so we needed a good quality & class carpet gave us the quality carpet & the service that we needed. So this job was approximately 10,000 square feet and nobody could compare to the price that they gave us & the service was second to none. We would recommend their services to anybody, recommend them to any residential or commercial area & we definitely will be using them again for some other arrangements for flooring or carpeting. -Brian

Hi, I'm Kevin from Massapequa Full Gospel Tabernacle & we're here today talking about Class Carpet and what a great experience we had with them. They re-carpeted our entire church. We're gonna take you in in just a moment and you'll be able to see all the work that they did. We had a great experience with Alex, his son Kevin & all the workers that did all of our offices also in the back & they did an excellent job.

This is our sanctuary & what we did is, we did the carpeting here in 2 stages. First you see our platform, we had expanded it several years back because of our growing praise & worship team & things that were happening here at the church so we did the entire platform, even did up where all the musicians are. It's a very big job, you see the steps & everything that was involved and this thing is down about two to three years & you can see that it's holding up excellent. Class Carpet was recommended to us by a friend & I'm so glad that he did because we're very happy with the service. . the job, everything that was done, even the workers that were here. And then last year about a year ago, we did our entire sanctuary. You can see the size of it, very large. It took several days, took about maybe three full days. We pulled all the chairs out & everything. And they ripped up all of the old carpet & put down all of this new carpet here, matching, it's in same family as the carpet that's on the platform & we did all of that & as u can see its been down a full year already. We have 5 services a week, we're pretty busy here we have a lot of traffic in & out & the carpet & everything is holding up excellent. They also did all of our offices & hallway in the back. Like I said I highly recommend class carpet. It was a great experience & again I'm glad that they were recommended to us & ask for Alex, ask for Kevin & your gonna have great customer service & they're gonna do a great job for you. -Kevin

Hi, I’m Patty from Bellmore. I just hired Class Carpet to do my house, actually it’s my second house. They moved with me from East Meadow to Bellmore so if you want to come with me, we’ll take a look at everything they did. This is the beautiful runner that they actually picked out to match my carpets and any one that walks in absolutely loves it, so good job. And from downstairs, this is the big cave they call that to hang out, the man cave. Another wonderful job of Alex picking the carpet and Class Carpet I can’t say enough about, they moved with me, I recommend them. I have been dealing with them for year’s absolutely wonderful wonderful impression, helpfulness. We’ll go upstairs ---- the full house they have done. Hi, my name is Lori. This is my daughter Camille, and my dog Bella. We just went to Class Carpet because we wanted to support somebody that was in the neighborhood. We went to them. Excellent service, right to us right away, helping us out, showing us different options, asking us what type of carpeting we wanted and I thought what was very important instead of just saying this is on sale or you should have this. He wanted to find out what our preferences were. With these preferences, he helped us pick this beautiful, beautiful carpeting here in the living room. They did our brand new stair well and our closet too. Since we lost everything, it was nice to know there was somebody here in the neighborhood that really cared about their customers. Beautiful pricing, beautiful job. The guys that installed it were very quick, very knowledgeable and they helped us move the old damaged furniture out of our home too and didn’t even want to take a tip. I just thought that was a beautiful thing that they were here to help us and not to take extra money from us for things we had already lost. Thank you Kevin for the follow up on the work that Class Carpet has done in my home. As you can see, Alex once again has made it beautiful. I’ve used Alex for well over 20 years and he has done some carpeting in every room in the house, which I really appreciate. Alright, and then his fine son Kevin who is over here and he’s recording this and he even went in and cleaned my computer, which is a wonderful thing. As a senior citizen, I don’t do too much on the computer and he knew alot more than I did. And the mechanics they came, they moved furniture for me which I wasn’t able to do. They were very helpful, very professional and I highly recommended Class Carpet for anyone that is looking for good quality carpeting and good professional mechanics that lay the carpet down. Hi, my name is Dr Betty Mintz & I decided it was time to take care of all my flooring problems & I had several. I was attracted to Class Carpet because I needed cleaning, I needed refinishing & I needed to put down a floor in some rooms where there had been wall to wall carpet for a long time. I am very happy with their work & I'd like to show you some of the results. Coming into my apartment I had a hardwood floor; that was a dark wood. I've lived in this apartment almost 19 years and the floor really needed some work. I wanted a lighter color. There were cracks & gaps & the finish was uneven. I don't really know a lot about this stuff & Georgia helped me figure what to do. You can see the result is absolutely beautiful. I have a natural finish here. I can't believe it's my own apartment & in addition, Georgia & Kevin were very nice. Raul was the person who took care of the refinishing & he moved the furniture. I'm still not quite sure how. He moved the furniture back when we didn't exactly liked where he moved the furniture. He was very patient. Cleaned up after himself, even managed to go over little bits of paint that had gotten chipped in the process of moving the furniture & putting tape over closets. In addition, I had some rugs that were at my parent's house that had not been cleaned for a very long time. There was wall to wall carpet in some rooms; such as my bedroom. And, I have a den where we had actually been considering getting rid of the wall to wall carpet because it was dingy & seemed to be stained in some places & I don't think it was new when I moved in here 19 years ago. In fact I know it wasn't. And you can see now, it looks really nice. I had a coat closet with linoleum & the linoleum was cut in pieces that were coming up off the floor so something had to be done there & Georgia helped me find a remnant in the stores basement that was very inexpensive. And, there were actually a bunch of remnants down there & I liked this one the best. And you can see it, it looks like wood.

And finally, I had a room that had been a maid's room where my son's babysitter had stayed & it was covered with a wall to wall carpet that was stained & in very bad shape. And when I tried to look under the wall to wall carpet, there appeared to some kind of linoleum so we had to do something with this floor. And Georgia helped me choose a laminate, which u can see also really looks like wood. And the rug on top of that was another rug I got from my parent s house. It had been rolled up; unfortunately my mother had been tripping over it & then for a few years it was rolled up in a corner gathering dust. And you can see how beautiful this looks as well. I also want to say that I don't know very much about home decorating otherwise my apartment would not have been in the mess it was in for the 19 years. And they were helpful & nice & I think their prices were fair. I had no trouble reaching people. I was a little nervous about all of this. It is disruptive; your stuff is all over the place. I had to climb over my living room chairs to get into bed a few nights. I had been told from other people that the smell was unbearable & I would not be able to stay in my apartment. None of those things happened. The work was done promptly. And all in all this was a very positive experience & I'd be happy to talk with anyone who wanted further information. - Debbie
